PHASE 1 — INFRASTRUCTURE FOUNDATION

$319M IDB Infrastructure Allocations

The Inter-American Development Bank has allocated up to $319 million in infrastructure support for roads, utilities, telecommunications, and workforce housing. These accelerate timelines, reduce early capital burdens, and establish the foundational systems required for a destination of this scale.
